Want to enjoy Hanwoo beef? The name Hanujiye is the same as the common beef brand in South Gyeongsang Province. The restaurant uses tender and juicy beef of grade B or higher from native cattle reared on the clean water and fresh air of the province. The beef is roasted on hanji or traditional Korean paper, with most of the fat extracted to enhance the taste.
